Shipping Policy

At Tegrity Research, we are committed to processing and shipping your laboratory supplies quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days are typically shipped the same business day.

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will generally ship the next business day.

• During periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days.

Customers will receive an email containing tracking information once their order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.

Standard Shipping

• UPS 2nd Day Air is our standard shipping method whenever service is available.

Alternative Shipping

The following destinations will ship via USPS Priority Mail when UPS service is unavailable or impractical:

• P.O. Boxes

• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• U.S. territories where applicable

Carrier selection is determined by Tegrity Research to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your order and destination.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take several hours to become active after the carrier scans the package into its system.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays caused by weather, carrier operations, natural disasters, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control are not guaranteed and do not qualify for refunds of shipping charges.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided:

• Orders may be delayed or returned to us.

• Additional shipping charges may apply to reship returned packages.

• Orders already shipped cannot always be intercepted or modified.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error after placing your order.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your shipment arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

1. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

2. Retain all packaging materials if the package was damaged.

3. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Replacement or refund decisions are made after the carrier’s investigation is completed.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Packages refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect address, failure to retrieve the package, or other customer-related reasons may be subject to:

• Return shipping charges

• Original shipping charges (if applicable)

• A restocking fee where permitted

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been placed.
